Celia Romanoski

Celia Romanoski

Celia Romanoski started her dance training early in life under the instruction of Donna Rakerd at Silhouette School of Dance. She went on to continue her training at the School of Ohio Dance Theatre, focusing on classical ballet and contemporary movement styles under the instruction of Denise Gula, Nancy Brenstuhl, Kyle Primous, and Janet Dziak. In her teens, she augmented her dance training and furthered her exploration of self-expression through improv theater. Celia is also a company member with North Pointe Ballet, and dances professionally throughout the area. Celia is a dance educator who loves sharing her passion for creative expression with the community. Through teaching and outreach, she aims to empower others with the transformative potential of the arts to impact our lives and the world around us.

Celia’s home lies within the art of dance. She believes that the realities we create through dance can communicate an endless array of perspectives outside ourselves. She loves exploring new concepts and ways of thinking, especially when it comes to her craft. She has been having a wonderful time doing just that since joining MorrisonDance.
