Ian Lawrence is an Akron, OH based dancer and actor. He received his B.A. in Theatre Arts from Anderson University (IN), and performs across the Northeast Ohio region. Some of his performance credits include The Little Mermaid (Flotsam), Memphis (ensemble), Ragtime (Younger Brother) and Chicago (Dance Captain, Ensemble). He has performed with Players Guild Theatre, Mercury Theatre Company, Clinton Area Showboat, and Cain Park. Ian has also performed in dance works by Earl Mosley, Jennifer Thiemet, Doug King and Hannah Jordan as well as in the ballets Coppelia and Alice in Wonderland. When offstage, Ian teaches and choreographs at Akron-area schools and studies Japanese. Ian is thrilled to be working with MorrisonDance!
